Shipment time frames are listed in Business Days (M-F) after the product has shipped from our warehouse. In-stock packages from Vivacious Emporium typically ship the same or next business day.

Express Saver, 2nd Day Express, & Overnight Express shipments are sent on Business Days only. Shipments will not be sent on Saturdays or Sundays even if an Express service is selected. Shipments will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day if placed before 12 PM Central Time. Please add one Business Day onto any order placed after 12 PM.

NOTE: All shipments are sent via FedEx or United States Postal Service. In-Stock orders placed before 12 PM Central Time will ship the same or next business day.

DROP SHIP and SPECIAL-ORDER items are excluded from these delivery time frames. Please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time for all Drop Ship and Special-Order items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

SAME OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Orders placed by 12 PM Central Time will be shipped the same business day or next business day the order is placed M-F. This is not a money-back guaranteed service, however, 99% of the time we will get your order out the same or next business day. This offer excludes items that are out of stock.

Our standard Super Saver shipping option is through a combination of FedEx Ground and USPS and takes approximately 1-12 business days within the Continental United States. For a small charge, you can upgrade to Priority Ground service. This service takes only 1-4 business days. View a FedEx Ground Service Map to see approximate shipping times for your location.

Orders ship out Monday – Friday

Special order items listed as backordered may still be purchased. Your entire order will be held until all the items arrive.

Tracking numbers for Priority Ground services and Express services are automatically emailed within 24 hours after an order ships.

International Orders

Vivacious Emporium is not shipping internationally at this time.

Returns

Need to return an item? No Problem. Call ———- or e-mail Customer Service at Vivacious175@gmail.com in order to authorize the transaction.

Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unused with any accessories included. Package must be mailed back to the shipping dept. and a refund will be issued at that time. Actual shipping charges (even on free shipping items) will not be refunded on all returns unless a product is defective or arrived damaged. If there is a problem with your order, we will be glad to assist you in any way that we can!

We do not currently have an exchange system in place. All exchanges are processed as returns. We will refund you for the product when it arrives and you can place a new order for any additional product you wish to receive.

In the unlikely event that an item is broken in transit during the return process, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the item. This is not a difficult process, however delivery companies require the claim to be filed by the shipper, which on a return shipment would be you.
